DAY 34: KEMPO X

What an awesome Sunday i had today!

I woke up and had breakfast then cleaned around the house for a bit. Then my friends came over and we cooked a deliciously healthy lunch by the pool with BBQ chicken, sweet potato and charbroiled peppers, and a salad. Then we went to a movie.

After that I came home and cooked myself a great dinner. Once my stomach settled I started my KEMPO X workout. I LOVE this workout! It's so much fun and it gets me sweating so much!

Now it's time for a recovery drink and Sunday night activities with the boys.


DAY 33: CARDIO X, LEGS AND BACK, AND AB RIPPER X

Saturday was supposed to be a big workout day with 3 different workouts but unfortunately I had to work and bartend this even in Bakersfield, CA. This meant that I woke up at 6:30 to leave my house at 7:00am to pick up friends and drive an hour and half north to start working at 10:00am.

I bartended until 8:00pm. Then we had to drive back. I only got home after dropping everyone off at 11:30pm. I was way to exhausted to work out...

DAY 32: YOGA X

Friday was the day for Yoga X and it was awesome. I woke up in the morning, had my breakfast and coffee, then checked my email for a bit and then started YOGA X.

I was drenched in sweat by the end and felt absolutely amazing. When I was finished, I took a quick dip in the pool and then took a shower and went about my day.

What a wonderful start to a day!

DAY 31: CARDIO X, BACK AND BICEPS, AB RIPPER X

What a day today!!!

I started the morning off with my AM workout - CARDIO X! I love starting my day out with this workout. You get a little bit of everything: yoga, kenpo, plyometrics, core work. Today it was beautiful out so I did CARDIO X out on my patio in the morning sun. When I was finished, it was so nice out, I decided to jump in the pool before showering. I ended up swimming laps for about 15 minutes, then came inside and hopped in the shower.

I went about my day running errands and packing up my old apartment. Then it was time for the Philadelphia Flyers' season opener against the Penguins in Pittsburgh. WE WON! The boys played great!!

After watching the game and eating some food with the guys, I came home and started my PM workouts.... at 11:15pm! I started with BACK AND BICEPS. What a workout!! I feel like my arms are about to explode and my lats feel so big I feel like I can fly away!! I'm not gonna be able to do anything with my arms tomorrow! After that was good ol' AB RIPPER X! Now it's time for a protein shake and BED!

Day 30: PLYOMETRICS

Today's workout was Plyometrics! I forgot how much this workout works my legs! WOW! It's amazing how much diffrence 2 weeks off makes.

I had a great workout today. I feel like this week is going to be the hardest because I'm getting back into a routine but once my body adapts, it'll become easier.

Not much more to say.

Day 29: CARDIO X; CHEST, SHOULDERS AND TRICEPS; AB RIPPER X

What a day to get back into doing P90X.

Today I started my day with CARDIO X which was awesome! A perfect way to get the blood pumping in the morning. I hadn't done this workout since Louisiana!

Then I had my day of errands, auditions and moving which included heavy shelves and lots of books!

Finally when I was finished with that, I started my PM workouts for the day - CHEST, SHOULDERS AND TRICEPS and AB RIPPER X at 10:45pm. CHEST, SHOULDERS AND TRICEPS is a killer workout. Man is my upper body tired!! Crazy! I never thought I could do a one-armed push up, let alone 6! AFter 30 minutes of lifting!!!

Then came AB RIPPER X, a golden oldie that will always get my sweating and begging for mercy!

BACK ON TRACK! Shakeology 3-Day Cleanse = PERFECT KICKSTART!

Okay, so after a 2 - 3 week break, I am ready to get back on track!

One of my best friends from college came to visit me here in LA and we spent a week partying like we were in college again...needless to say I didn't have much time for my workouts and kind of decided to give my body a little break.

Last week I noticed that I was very lazy and was dreading getting back on my routine so I decided to kick start my return by doing the Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse from this past Friday to Sunday (yesterday). It definitely helped reset my body and get it back on track for getting back on my workout routine.

I decided to pick up with Phase 2 of P90X - Double Days. This means that tomorrrow, Tuesday, will be Day 29 of P90X, the first day of Phase 2.

Even though I took my little break, my body kept mostly at the same weight! Before I started my cleanse this weekend, I was at 137 lbs, 3 lbs heavier than when I finished INSANITY. After my cleanse, I am now the lightest I have been in over 4 years: 128 lbs!!!

I am ready to keep pushing for PHASE 2 of P90X - Double Days!
