I woke up and started my INSANITY workout for the day which was MAX INTERVAL PLYO! AFter doing P90X PLYOMETRICS yesterday, it was hard to do this today... but I pushed through and had a really good workout!
After I finished that, I took a short break and then started the first of two P90X workouts for the day, SHOULDERS AND ARMS. I LOVE THIS WORKOUT! The way that it works my arms is ridiculous! I knew I missed weight training!
Once I finished SHOULDERS AND ARMS it was time for AB RIPPER X! I banged that out and now am having my RESULTS AND RECOVERY formula!
