Yesterday was the beginning of my third week doing P90X. The first workout for the yesterday was CHEST AND BACK. This one is a great resistance workout! It's push ups and pull ups for nearly an hour! It was great! I pushed hard and by the end of the workout I felt as if my chest was about to explode with how "pumped" they were.
After that it was time for AB RIPPER X, my favorite ab routine of all time. I LOVE THIS WORKOUT. I would do it everyday if it wouldn't overtrain me.
Anyways, that's it for yesterday!
