Today I did my last INSANITY workout which was my last FIT TEST and I improved on EVERY SINGLE EXERCISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't believe it's been 9 weeks since I first started!
After I did my last FIT TEST, it was time for my P90X workouts for the day; LEGS AND BACK an AB RIPPER X.
Today I started with AB RIPPER X and completed it with some friends. Then eventually, I came back home and did the LEGS AND BACK workout! What an amazing burn workout!
I can't believe I did it and I finished INSANITY!!!!
