Day 19: Cardio Recovery

Okay, so yesterday my errands took way too long and by the time I got home it was too late to do a workout (neighbors and such in my apartment building) so I left it for today. I'm not going to fall behind though because I'm not going to take a day off this week so I'll just plow straight through and by Tuesday (1st day of Week 4) I'll be all caught up!

I just finished the Cardio Recovery. I'm getting a little better every time I do this workout! The thing that kills me is the squats and the lunges; especially when we hold them down for so long before doing the pulses. The burn is ridiculous!

Tomorrow I will have Cardio Power and Resistance again and then instead of having off on Monday, I'll be doing the Plyometric Cardio Circuit! I can't wait!
