DAY 46: MAX RECOVERY

Yesterday I did my MAX RECOVERY workout! This one is really! I know I say this every time I do a recovery workout but it's surprising how much you sweat when you do a RECOVERY workout! I saw my parents right after I finished and they asked, what were you doing, running a marathon? And I told them it was my EASY day where I had a RECOVERY workout!

Ready for more INSANITY!!!! Only 2 and a half more weeks to go!!!

DAY 45: MAX INTERVAL PLYO

Thursday was the day for my MAX INTERVAL PLYO workout, however, Thursday is also the day that I have my Parkour class. Since this week, my parkour class was covering "precision jumping" and most of our class was dedicated to jump training which is exactly what Plyometrics is, I replaced my INSANITY workout with my Parkour class since the class is 2 hours long!!

What an awesome workout though! If you have access to a parkour class, go do it! It's fun and it's great for your body!

DAY 44: MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT

Sorry it's been so long since I've updated but my parents have been in town and I haven't had a chance to do my workouts and update the blog!

On Wednesday I did my MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT workout and it's be best one I've had yet!
It was still really really hard but it's good to know that my body is strong enough that I'm still improving little by little each workout I do.

I LOVE IT!
