DAY 57: MAX INTERVAL PLYO and DAY 6: KEMPO X

Whew!!!!!!!!!!

What an amazing morning I just had! I woke up and started my LAST WEEK OF INSANITY!!!! I can't believe it is finally here, the LAST WEEK!!!!

I started today with my MAX INTERVAL PLYO workout! I love the way this workout makes me sweat and makes my legs feel like they are on fire!!!! It's so good! After pushing out this workout, it had a protein shake (yum) and rested for a little bit, 30 minutes.

Then, I started with my P90X workout for the day, KEMPO X. This is probably one of my favorite Beachbody Workouts ever! It's so much fun!!! Because you're doing so much fun stuff, throwing punches, blocking, kicking, etc, the workout flies by and you're burning off so many calories!! This is one of the only P90X workouts that makes me sweat as much as INSANITY!

I just finished KEMPO X and I feel great!!! Time for my RESULTS AND RECOVERY formula and a well deserved shower!!!
