DAY 50: FIT TEST 4 AND MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT

WHOOO!!!

I just finished my 4th FIT TEST!!!!!! I improved on ALL exercises once more and still topped my best from last time!!!! I did not know that I could push myself anymore; WOW!!!


After the fit test, I did my MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT which was harder because I pushed myself so hard on the FIT TEST! But THAT'S what this is all about - DIGGING DEEPER!!!!!!!!

DAY 49: OFF

Today, for the first time in I think 3 weeks, I took an OFF day and it really was an OFF day.

It was great to give my body a rest but I feel lazy not having done anything today!!!

DAY 48: CORE CARDIO AND BALANCE

Sunday was an easy day with only CORE CARDIO AND BALANCE. It was nice to do that workout from the recovery week. I like how a lot of this workout is balance based and it makes you really have to work on contracting your abs! It was an easier day but I think it's because I've been doing MAX INTERVALS that this seemed "easy".

DAY 47: MAX CARDIO CONDITIONING AND CARDIO ABS

Sorry I haven't posted anything since Saturday but it was a very busy weekend!

Saturday was the first time I did the MAX CARDIO CONDITIONING workout followed by CARDIO ABS! It was great! I did really well on the MAX CARDIO CONDITIONING! I love the fact that I'm still improving little by little with each and every workout.... it means that there is NO plateau effect! After MAX CARDIO CONDITIONING i took a little break then went right into CARDIO ABS! I thought at first it was going to be really hard and that my body was going to be really tired but I did well and pushed through to the end of CARDIO ABS!
