Day 20: Cardio Power and Resistance

Hey guys!

Just finished my Cardio Power and Resistance workout which was today.... Tomorrow will be my last day of playing catch up for missing workouts on my vacation and instead of taking the day off, I will be doing the Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Then Tuesday will be the first day of my forth week on INSANITY!

Also Tuesday I will be posting my Week 3 Weight In and Week 3 Photo!

At the end of next week will be the end of the first cycle of INSANITY and the fifth week is a recovery week where I'll do six consecutive days of Core Cardio and Balance. I'm excited to try a new workout! After the recovery week, things will definitely get MAXED OUT and I'll start cycling through the MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT, MAX INTERVAL PLYO and MAX CARDIO CONDITIONING workouts for four more weeks!
