DAY 60: CORE CARDIO AND BALANCE and DAY 9: PLYOMETRICS

I cannot believe I have been doing INSANITY for 60 days!!!!!!!!

WOW!!!!

What a great 60th day it was today! I started the day out by doing my P90X workout for the day which was the PLYOMETRICS workout, or as Tony puts it, "The mother of all P90X workouts!" And it is!!! I pushed and pushed and pushed through the workout and man were my legs like jello when I was finished! I had half a dose of my RESULTS AND RECOVERY FORMULA and then some lunch. After an hour or so, I started my INSANITY workout for the day which was CORE CARDIO AND BALANCE. I really really really enjoy this workout!

It starts outs nice and easy but then before you know it you covered in sweat, your legs are burning and you still have 30 minutes to go! It's awesome!

I just finished that and am enjoying the other half of my RESULTS AND RECOVERY FORMULA.

I can't believe that I only have 3 more days of INSANITY! THAT'S INSANE!

DAY 59: MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT and DAY : CHEST AND BACK and AB RIPPER X

WOW!!

What an awesome fitness filled Thursday today was!!! I started the day off by waking up, having a light smoothie with protein, and my preworkout drink. Then I did my INSANITY workout for the day, the MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT workout. I enjoy this workout every time I do it and it's so rewarding when you finish it; you feel so accomplished! After that workout I had my post workout drink. Then I went out and did a bunch of errands and eventually had my Shakeology for lunch. Then I had a quick snack at Real Food Daily, a fully organic and vegan restaurant with delicious food! AFter that it was time for my Parkour class, which was based on Vaults so we had a nice plyometric workout in class in addition to all the active parkour-ing we do! AFter class was another Meal Replacement Shake and back home for my P90X workouts for the day, CHEST AND BACK and AB RIPPER X. Today for CHEST AND BACK I used my brand new resistance bands which worked out much better than the assisted pull ups with the chair (considering my chair is on wheels!!).

That's all for today. Going to sleep now and looking forward for a calorie burning tomorrow! CORE CARDIO AND BALANCE and then PLYOMETRICS.
