DAY 23: Cardio Power and Resistance!

Whooooo!

Just finished my Cardio Power and Resistance workout and I feel great! This workout kicks my ass so good!!! I love it!

I only have 4 more workouts this week and then I'm moving onto my recovery week! Then MAX INTERVAL TRAINING!!!


WEEK 3 WEIGH IN!

Alright everyone!!

Today is my 23rd day of INSANITY meaning that I have been on this program for a little more than 3 weeks. Since I didn't weigh in after week 2 (due to missed workouts while on vacation for 4 days) it has been 2 weeks since my last weigh in.

Here it goes:

Weight: 139 lbs
Waist: 30 in
Chest: 33.5 in
Left Bicep: 12.5 in
Right Bicep: 13 in

Goal Tracking:
Since my last weigh in I have lost 2 more pounds off the scale, 2 more inches off my waist, another inch off my chest, and half an inch off of each bicep! That makes a total since starting INSANITY of 4 inches of my waits, 1.5 inches off the chest, and half an inch off of each bicep. I've lost a total of 4 lbs off the scale, which is awesome considering the fact that while I've been shredding through body fat, I've also been building muscle... especially in my legs!

I'm excited to finish off the first 4 weeks of workouts and move on to the recovery week and see how my body responds. After the recovery week, it will be time to push it to the MAX with all the MAX INTERVAL TRAINING workouts!!!!

Day 22: Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs

Hey everyone!!!

I'm just now getting a chance to write this because I worked all day today on the set of GLEE for 14+ hours.... I got home and did both my workouts, took a shower, cooked some dinner (at 12:30am) and then relaxed a little. Now I'm almost ready for bed and figured I would come on and update for the day.

Because of my long day I wasn't able to do my weigh in or my measurements today but they will be done tomorrow morning before I do my workout, then I will be going to Six Flags with my cousin who's in town from Brazil via San Diego!

Tonight I did the Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs workouts tonight and man, after a LONG day on my feet, it was HARD!! Pure Cardio, as usual made me sweat like crazy but that's what I love about INSANITY!!! I urge myself to sweat more and more and more every workout and push and DIG DEEP! Then Cardio Abs really worked my core and it was tough but when I was all finished, I felt that much better.

Tomorrow should be an interesting morning considering I will be doing a workout only 10 hours after my previous one.... we'll see how it goes! Cardio Power and Resistance, I will wake up and dominate you!
