DAY 56: OFF and DAY 5: LEGS AND BACK and AB RIPPER X

So today was my last OFF day for INSANITY and tomorrow marks my last INSANITY week!!!!

I can't believe I've been doing this program for 56 days already!!!

Today was also Day 5 of P90X meaning LEGS AND BACK and then AB RIPPER X.
I slightly modified my day today. Since it's Monday and we're going on our usual Monday hike, where I'll get an extensive LEGS workout and a pretty good BACK workout too with all the rock climbing and canyoneering, I chose to replace my LEGS AND BACK workout with my hike.

So today I woke up and did AB RIPPER X and then went on the hike, which was 7 hours of running, hiking, rock climbing and ninja-footing (as we like to call it) up and down Eaton Canyon.

DAY 55: CORE CARDIO AND BALANCE and DAY 4: YOGA X

WOW! Today was rough! I started out with my CORE CARDIO AND BALANCE workout which was fine, I did great, and I love that workout. Then I took a short break and after 15 minutes, I started my P90X workout for the day, YOGA X. Man, what an amazing workout!!! It was an hour and a half of deep muscle work, combined with stretching to make a great yoga workout! By the end of it I was dripping in sweat and my legs were shaking! Good work! I hope I'm okay tomorrow for my hike!
