DAY 52: MAX CARDIO CONDITIONING AND CARDIO ABS and DAY 1: CHEST AND BACK and AB RIPPER X

THE DAY HAS COME PEOPLE!!!

This was my first double day of INSANITY and P90X! It was tough but I think my body will get used to in a day or two. I think that the way that I overlapped the programs was the best in consideration of the workouts and especially the combination of workouts from both programs on each day.

Today I woke up and immediately took my pre-workout drink and started my MAX CARDIO CONDITIONING workout. This was 46 minutes of Cardio Conditioning! I did really well with the workout but I found that since I did it on an empty stomach, half way through I lost a little steam. After I finished, I decided that it would be overtraining if I did both CARDIO ABS and AB RIPPER X in one day. I decided to not to CARDIO ABS since I hadn't done AB RIPPER X in over two months! I went about my day and before I knew it, it was time for my parkour class, another full body workout for today. We got out of class at around 11:00pm. By the time I drove home and relaxed a little, it was 12:45. That's when I decided to start my P90X so I popped in my CHEST AND BACK DVD and banged out the CHEST AND BACK workout and then I did AB RIPPER X!!! Now I am completely exhaused and ready for a protein shake and bed!!!

Tomorrow will be Day 2 of this Hybrid Workout Stack! I have P90X PLYOMETRICS in the morning then INSANITY MAX RECOVERY at night!

DAY 51: MAX INTERVAL PLYO

Yesterday was awesome! I did well with my MAX INTERVAL PLYO workout and was able to push myself even further. This workout kick my ass though!! I feel great until about halfway when it catches up to me and totally tires me out, then I have like 5 minutes where I'm really pushing hard then a second wind always seems to come out for the end.

More importantly, today was my prep day for starting P90X!!! That's right ladies and gents, I decided to start P90X before finishing INSANITY so that I have 11 days of double craziness!!! I figured if anything, it's going to push my body to the point where my results will be that much better! So tomorow I start Day 1 of P90X which will be CHEST AND BACK, and AB RIPPER X!
