DAY 43: MAX CARDIO CONDITIONING

WHOOO~!

Just finished my MAX CARDIO CONDITIONING workout!!! It was awesome! I did much better than I did last week when I first tried it.... but it's still hard and I still have to put in a couple of breaks for me to catch my breath. MAX INTERVAL TRAINING is ridiculous!! I LOVE IT!

It was good to do my weigh in this morning because I saw that I have reached all my measurement goals. The only goals I didn't reach were my weight and my body fat percentage. I have 3 more weeks to get there in those two departments!

Also, my coach is sending me P90X as part of the coach incentive program so that means that next week I might be stacking some workouts and overlapping my INSANITY with P90X! EXCITING!

WEEK 6 WEIGH IN!!!

Sorry it has been so long since I have done a weigh in! I've been kind of busy with my workouts and everything else going on in my life but today I figured since it is the beginning of Week 7, I would do a weigh in. I have 3 weeks left of INSANITY!!!! So here we go with the weigh in:

Weight: 137 lbs
Waist: 29 in
Chest: 33 in
Left Bicep: 12 in
Right Bicep: 13 in

Here is my Week 6 Weigh In Picture:

Goal Tracking:
Since my last weigh in I have lost 2 more pounds off the scale, one more inch off my waist, another half inch off my chest and half an inch off of my left bicep! I have reached all of my measurement goals!!!!! The only goals that I have not yet reached is my target weight and my body fat perentage. I wanted to lose a total of 10 pounds on INSANITY, so far I have lost 6 pounds so I need to lose 4 more! I also want to get my body fat to as low as 10%.

In the past 6 weeks of doing INSANITY, I have lost a total of 6 pounds, 5 inches off my waist, 3 inches off my hips, 2 inches off my chest, and about an inch off of each bicep!!! I only have 3 more weeks to go!!!

DAY 42: OFF

Yesterday was the end of my first week of MAX INTERVAL TRAINING and that means an off day! But it was not an off day at all for my body! My friends and I went up to Eaton Canyon for our amazing hike, run, rock climbing and canyoneering adventure. We went about 4 miles up the canyon rock climbing up and over ridges and waterfalls all the way up to almost the top of the mountain where we found a beautiful 35 foot waterfall which we couldn't get up using the ropes we brought. We hung out up there for a little while then turned back and headed back down all 11 waterfalls to the beginning. On the way, we stopped at the second waterfall from the bottom, a nice 45 to 50 foot waterfall that spills into a large and deep lagoon. We jumped from the top of that into the lagoon!! An amazing 50 foot drop to end the awesome hike!
