DAY 1 (Pre-Workout Evaluation)

THE TIME HAS COME!!!!

This morning is the start and it is good to start smart!!!

So here is my Self-Evaluation:

Weight: 143lbs
Waist: 34 in
Chest: 35 in
Left Bicep: 13 in
Right Bicep: 13.5 in

Here is my official before picture:


My goal is to shed at least 10 pounds, lose 5 inches off my waist and gain an inch on each bicep as well as an inch on my chest.

Also, my goal is to finish this program with at least a 6-pack and to be in the best shape of my life.

HERE WE GO!
